Fourth Grade has been focusing on value differences in creating forms. Looking at Georgia artist Beverly Buchanan's work, they have created a still life of fall fruits and vegetables in the same fashion as Buchanan--using crazy colors and layering oil pastel until the result is an undeniably luxurious work of art. These will be up in the hall by next week--come by and take a look at our fall masterpieces!
